RIDE: Mobility Solutions

RIDE: Mobility Solutions is a travel and navigation app developed by RIDE SIA for iPhone users. This app provides micro-mobility and e-mobility solutions, specifically e-Bike sharing in Riga city.

To get started, users need to download the RIDE app from the App Store and register. Once registered, users can access the app's map to find the nearest e-Bike. It's important to check the battery level before choosing a bike. Users can even reserve a bike for up to 3 minutes.

To start using the e-Bike, users can either scan the QR code or manually input the code displayed on the bike. Once the bike is activated, users can fold up the side support and switch from parking mode to "Ready" mode by pressing the "P" button on the left-hand combination switch. Users can choose their desired cycling mode (15 km/h, 20 km/h, or 25 km/h) and start riding by turning the right-hand power handlebar. Pedals can be used if needed, and there's even a cruise mode available for maintaining a stable speed.

When riding, users are advised to use bicycle paths whenever possible. If bicycle paths are not available, users can ride on regular roads or pedestrian sidewalks if there is heavy traffic. It's important to always respect pedestrians and other road users.

To stop the e-Bike, users can use the rear brake by pressing the left-hand lever and/or the front brake by pressing the right-hand lever.

After the ride, users need to find a green zone on the app's map to park the e-Bike. The bike should be placed on the sidewalk, at a bike rack, or any flat place that doesn't disturb pedestrians or other road users.
